Satisfaction: Hifishopdirect wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied in every way. please contact our office via email info@hifidirect.com for a prompt, courteous resolution of your concerns. Our goal, 100% satisfied, 100% of the time.

Price Protection: 

If Hifishopdirect reduces the price on any of our products, we will refund the price difference to you if it goes below your purchase price within 90 days of your purchase. 

In  Home Audition: Enjoy a minimum of 30*-day in-home audition with any item purchased from Hifishopdirect. If it doesnt work in your system, return it for a refund***** some restrictions apply****. We'll even potentially cover return shipping for purchases within the contiguous Canada**. We ask that the product be in new condition with original box and packing.***

Lemon law: Hifishopdirect will replace any product purchased from us that becomes defective 3 times within the first year of ownership. If a replacement is not available, Hifishopdirect will offer full credit toward the purchase of a like product.

No Loss Trade in: You may trade in any product purchased from Hifishopdirect within 1 year of your purchase, and receive full credit toward the purchase of a more expensive like product  at a min of 50% more, based on MSRP. . We ask that the productbe in like new condition with the original box and packaging. We ask our customers to pay any freight charges associated with the return and new purchase

Shipping & ETA: Hifishopdirect does its very best to get your orders processed and shipped in the most timely manner. Often it is dependent on the supplier. But we will always provide you with an accurate ETA, guaranteed.

Customer support: Hifishopdirect offers live phone support and consultation Tuesday to Friday from 9am-5pm, Saturday from 12pm-5pm,  Pacific time. Just send us your phone number and time to call and we will makeyour our priority.
You can also send us an email anytime, we will get backwith you within 48 hours. Please let us know if its urgent and we will contact you asap.
We also provide installation and set up services across Canada, this is dependent on a system by system situation and should be discussed accordingly.

* In home audition can be longer dependent on manufacturer, please inquire. Some manufactures may not comply, please inquire prior to purchasing, does not apply to final sale items,consigned and used products and special or non stocking orders and any product that in not passed our qualification process.

** Is on a case by case situation and  is required to use our labels,shippers and RA number. Do not ship without RA number or the package will not be accepted.

*** All packaging must be clean and original otherwise  a min restocking charge of 20% will apply. Any damage or non-working or malfunctioning  products are deemed not as new condition and will be disqualified for refund. 

**** Refunds will be issued once product is inspected and sent by check or e-transfer or CC provider ( CC refund times can vary and are not our responsibility)  within Canada. Check or paypal or CC  Provider ( CC refund times can vary and are not our responsibility )within USA and Abroad. 

***** Order cancellation

on special or non stocking  must be done within 24 hours  sale orders will be subject to all shipping and handling charges and a min restocking charge of 25% and will be deducted from the refund. Custom orders , used/ consigned and sale items are final and non-refundable, but are privy to our upgrade and exchange policies. Or a store credit may be issued at the sole discrection of Hifishopdirect.
